Hi, first of all there's my specs:
Case: Cooler Master 690 III
Motherboard: Asus X-99-a II
My questions are,
1)How can i connect the rear fan to the motherboard i need some adapter ?
2)And about the p-led (these http://i68.tinypic.com/34ik11u.png ) in which motherboard's pins i need to insert ? i can't see any pin or something.
Thanks in advice.

Hi there, the cables fpr GPu or CPU are the "same" on appearence, but very different from function!!! They have dofferent voltages if k recall properly, on your PSU there should be a cable named CPU and another VGA1 or 2 etc... ob the PSU kt should aswell be marqued which go where. Make sure you have a CPU cabble going to the CPU and the GPU a VGA cable or PCI-express. It will be marled on the cables.

I would actually suggest you plug the fans to the motherboard, otherwise the fans will be always active always at full Power (if enough Voltage is given). Meaning it will be over loud.

Edit: if you plugged the fans to the motherboard and there are 2 pins on the side, its totally right. It neans you got Normal fans (not PWM) meaning the...

HI there,

1) you should be abble to plug into your motherboard, in the Manual. (http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA2011/X99-A_II/E11090_X99-A_II_UM_WEB.pdf?_ga=1.186895147.2045680225.1485036669) If you look at page 41.

I would plug the rear fans at the "H_AMP_Fan "E" Just because it´s near the Rear the rear panel, I don´t know that it means, but following the Manual it seems to be the same as CHA_FAN 1 or 2, (Where you would usually plug the fans)

if you have a lot of fans and you wish to plug 2 fans at the same Slot, you will need an spliter: https://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Technology-Sleeved-Splitter-CPF02/dp/B00HJOJS9O/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1485604363&sr=8-2&keywords=pwm+splitter

you need to be sure if you have normal fans or PWM fans. the PWM are easy to spot, because there will be 4 "holes"
if you do have PWM fans you will need to activate it ( Aswell page 41)

2) Those P-lED are the front Panel LEDS, you should plug where you pluged the Power and other front panels cables

Page 31: Down on your board, pretty easy to spot it will be market all around just pay where it say Led and + or -

For the first i think i can use the cable from psu be quiet dark power 11 (the cable for fan because it have 2 type of input) and connect it to the psu;
for the second i've found on the motherboard the asus q-connector that's is a bit different respect the manual's one , but i think i connected it right , but i noticed a thing, i have 2 more pins left (the pins are in the left corner of the motherboard, always on bottom), it's normal ?
Also i like to know which cable i need to connect for gpu to psu? because i have two cable that's it's the same on the gpu while on the psu box i've found a cable with name "vga1" that's seem to do the same job, i don't know which one is better or if i need to combine them, and of course there's my gpu and psu:
GPU : ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 AMP Edition (https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/zotac-geforce-gtx-1080-amp-edition)
PSU: Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 11 850w (i selected this for a future sli)
And another little thing.. on psu's manual they say, connect p4\p8 cable to the motherboard, i found a single p8 cable that i put in the p8 on motherboard and the other side on psu's p8\p4 input, but i can't find another single p4 cable to connect instead I've found a p4\p8 cable with 4 pin each (put together ) i need to put only the p4 part of the cable ? because i can't strecth any longer , and the p8 is with 8 pin input

On the P8/4 part. Some modern high end motherblads can feed more power to the Cpu for extreme overclock. Meaning you would need tjis extra p4 cable, you dont encessary would need it, if you dont overcloock or use the motherboard at its max. If you want you cann solit a p8 cable and use it having a full p8 and a haf p8 (p4).

Solution

For the gpu i used the ones named vga1 (from the be quiet box) while, for cpu, single p8 cable (from be quiet box) and a cable with 2 different socket and named cpu1 p4 and cpu 2 p8, i inserted only the p4 cable

For the rear fan i have this one type:

Which was attached this part

This is the other side of that part

yes it´s all good, the CPU1 and CPU2 cables are indeed if your Motherboard support more voltage to the CPU (Enthusiast stuff) and pluggin the fans to the Molex adapter is aswell right :) good job. glad I could Help you
