Connectivity Problems With USB and HDMI

Hi, I built a pc recently, however when I turn it on, the lights and all the parts turn on but the moniter and mouse and keyboard dont get any signal. What should I do? https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/list/HGqKgL Also the RAM light on my MOBO is still on, I have placed it in correctly many times but to no avail. What is happening?

Turns out, the RAM was not in correctly and after some serious time reapplying it to the MOBO it turned on! So hurray!
