Connector on IP Camera

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question...
I have an Hikvision DS-2CD2185FWD-I camera and there's this connector on it which I have no idea what the purpose is for. I've actually noticed it on all the IP dome cameras I've installed so far, but still have no idea what it's for.

Possibly extra power? Maybe if you have an exterior dome enclosure that has a heating element?
Heck maybe even diagnostic purposes.

I was thinking maybe there was a portable monitor I could carry around to see the viewing angle of the camera before everything was set? I'm not sure. Going to put in a ticket with hikvision support to see what they say...

So support got back to me eventually.
"The connectors are reserved for servicing (i.e. repairs/rma)"
I guess I can't use it for any cool features.
