connets fine to all browsers but wount work with steam or skype

so, my computer just started to do this thing where it do won't to connect any softwares to my computer, but connects fine to browsers. i don't have an antivirus system, well apart from mcafee which was on trial mode when i got the com, and doesn't have firewall now that it's run out of trial, i really have no idea why it does this and i would apreciate your help

first get a antivirus software even free one are good also activate the windows firewall steam need the client install and same for skype .
