Will the speedy conroe really be needed to play games online games, if buddy has one and dude dosent will dude lose because dude is using a slower processor like the 4800 x2

Some people could make the argument that your internet connection is more important than the video card in online gaming.... but only slightly.

Well, yea, if you're on 56k dial-up, then even dual 7950GX2s will lag big time. :lol:

I would love to see someone claim they owned another person because "dude I have a conroe and you have a x2 4800". Internet latency is huge, along with graphics card. If your latency/ping is really high, well... your fastest trigger in the West won't keep that other person from registering shooting you first.
