I agree. This is why, like the bill of rights, the right to personal privacy needs to be explicitly amended into the US constitution. The fourth amendment is not strong enough in that regard.

Since corporation makes the rules now. This is not to protect consumers privacy. Big corp pulls the strings: manipulate numbers in their advantage. Create fake problems and falsely repairs them with what they want (usually the other way around. Worsen the cases). The only real winners in a lawsuit are the blood sucking lawyers.
