Considering a used HP ENVY 13 i7-7500U 8/256GB MX150

Hello Guys

I am considering buying a used HP ENVY 13 i7-7500U 8/256GB MX150 with a problem in the housing/back cover. It'll cost me $560 and I was wondering if you think its a good deal. The Laptop is in perfect condition overall with warranty till 2020, it's just this housing problem.

Please, check the pictures and give your opinion. Also, I would appreciate it if you've any aprox price for the cost of replacing the parts. As I don't have the serial number for them, so I can't pin down a price range.
