Considering first PC build

Have only owned pre-built. Current PC is 12 year old HP that I've upgraded with SSD, RAM and video card but starting to do some video editing (Cyberlink PowerDirector) and its limitations are showing. Thinking about building a PC to handle basic video and general business applications. Came up with the following as a potential build under $1200 and would appreciate opinions/suggestions (including vs another pre-built):

Very good build , but PSU is poor quality , with EVGA you want a G2 or G3 or look into a SEASONIC FOCUS GOLD.

Thanks for the suggestions. You're alternative has a few adjustments that gets me a better processor at close to the same cost.
