Considering used cards

U am considering buying a used gtx 970 or 780 ti. What is ur guys advice.
I saw this on ebay. Is it legit.

Get a 970 for it's 4 gigs of ram, witch you will need. Better yet, if you have no brand preference get an R9 390.
Regardless witch you choose, wait until the end of the month when the 1080 and 1070 from Nvidia come out. Alot of peaple will be unloading such cards to upgrade so you will find good prieces. Basicaly, it'll rain 970s on eBay )

Seems like it might be, clearly the price is going to jump. a fair price for a card like that is around $250-300 $300 being new.
so go for that, not a 780ti.
