Consistent Crashes with ASUS F2A55-M LK PLUS need help.

I recently built a computer. It freezes, restarts, and blue screens frequently. I've tested many things such as the memory, power supply, graphics card, and CPU and all seems to be fine. The stop error i get when it blue screens is 0x00000101 (0x0000000000000031, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF88002F65180, 0x0000000000000002)

The specs are:
Motherboard: ASUS F2A55-M LK PLUS
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 740 Trinity (not overclocking it)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
GPU: EVGA 650ti 2gb

I have researched this problem extensively but i haven't found a solution yet.

What are the DRAM timings and voltage (can find in CPU-Z the memory tab, also the model # can also find in CPU-Z though in the SPD tab under part number
