I'll start with my specs:
CPU: i5-4690k
Motherboard: AsusZ97-P
RAM: Hyper X 8GB 1883MHz (1x8GB)
GPU: MSI GTX 960 4GB Gaming 4
PSU: Cx500M Corsair
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D9L
Storage: WD 1TB 7200 RPM + Kingston SSDNOW 120GB
Case: Corsair 100r

My issue:

Every time I boot my PC it runs fine, passes BIOS and boots to windows. In the space of anywhere from 2 minutes to an hour (Rarely) it will freeze with no warning. No response from mouse or keyboard and the screen stays stuck at what was on the screen and doesn't change and the fans keep spinning and the case LEDs stay on. This happens every time. I have tried
-sfc /scannow
-Memtest: 11 Hours no errors
-Flashing MOBO BIOS to latest

I would appreciate some help

Hi,

if it's fine in safe mode most likely problem with windows,
goto bleepingcomputer.com and dowlnoad run jrt ==> roguekiller ==> adwcleaner to rule out malware.
if you are running windows 7 and you are heavily infected, might wanna run combofix.

If issue not resolved or you are not infected, it most likely psu having problems or the cpu is overheating, check for dust on the cpu fan and clean it.
download hwmonitor or coretemp to check you cpu temps. MSI afterburner to check your gpu temps.
