Can anybody tell me how to bring up the main console in debug mode which
contains details of the rooms and creatures etc?

TIA

The command line is activated by pressing the backtick (`) character. On
US English keyboards, this is the key just to the left of the number 1
key and also contains the tilde (~) character.

an interesting note: if you activate the consule by useing the tilde (~) key
so you have the yellow consule cursur in the very top left corner of the
screen, then hit the TAB key it will cycle through a list of all the
available consule commands, wich is pretty useful instead of haveing to
remember all the different commands from memory. :)

And have the game paused when you do, if you can. The list "fades out"
while the game is live, which is frustrating because there's a lot of
information to go through.
