Console Gaming Monitor under $200

Hey, I'm looking to upgrade to a gaming monitor from a TV for my Xbox One to play some FPS games as well as some light Netflix watching. I have headphones so I'm not too concerned if it has speakers or not, looking for low input lag for around $200 bucks. What's the best out there in this price range?
