Console Window pops up and then disappears at random times

Sometimes a blank console window will randomly appear on my screen and then immediately disappear. This only occurs around once an hour, and generally isn't very disruptive, however if I'm gaming, the game window will be minimised, which is quite annoying in fast paced multiplayer games.

Everywhere I have looked for a solution to this problem, it is suggested that it is could be malware on my computer. I have scanned my computer with Kaspersky Internet Security and Malwarebytes, and neither found anything.

Any ideas on how to stop this would be much appreciated.

It is probably related to MS Office (even if you don't have Office installed).

If you don't have Office, its likely the Get Office app that is the cause. Funny seeing my tutorial everywhere
