constant 5 fps with new gaming laptop

So I have a big problem. I got my new gaming laptop i5-3800h , gtx 1050 4 gb, 8 ram.At first i downloaded league of legends and the fps is around 5. what to do??? tried literally everything, from lowering in game settings but it is no difference , changed from low to ultra high and its the same 5 fps. Tried to play it up with nvidia control panel system, but it doesnt work.SOS HELP???

sounds like you are using IGPU instead of 1050, try this:

Just go into your Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings > Select to use High Performance Processor
If you tried that and it doesn't work, set the individual program (ie. Minecraft) to launch with it in the programs list (directly beside "Global Settings")

Try looking in your BIOS and disable the iGPU (or at least setting the 1050 as default GPU)

It is good to keep igpu active, it is harder to reset a laptop bios than pc, if your 1050 fails, you can't easily switch back to IGPU if igpu is inactivated.

I agree with vapor. Dont disable igpu. Unless it's just temporary to see if it helps. It will destroy your battery life and likely cause other issues.

usage is around 30 percent

You're not exactly "disabling" it in BIOS but you want to change the iGPU setting from "Auto" to "pci-e"

Do a health check of hdd and memory.

Memtest86.com for memory.

If nothing, try avast and malwarebytes to scan your system.

Go to your task manager and see what is causing the 100% usage.
