I have just recently noticed that there's a low buzzing noise coming from the PSU, it becomes more audible as I put my ear close to the PSU at the back of the Case. It's almost like Electrical Buzzing, it's constant from the moment I turn PC till I shut it down. It's consistent, I've tried changing the power cable and changing the outlets, tightening the cables, etc but the sound is consistent. I haven't noticed any problems with the PC, but it's just that noise that concerns me. Is it normal or is there something to fix? Should I be worried that it might damage my PC?
Here's the video of it (ignore the sound of fans, they are not PSU's fans) Buzzing

Yes but hear the fans only but the buzzing as you describe it would be coil whine.
I found an example video in YouTube of the Noise . Mine's exactly similar to this. The low constant zzzzz. It says capacitor noise in the vid, is it? Is capacitor making noises risky?
(Need to increase the volume and get ear close to the speakers or wear earphones to hear the buzz clearly)
