Edit (solution):
Upgrading my PSU, to one with a 1000w, has fixed the crashes.
I was using a 750w PSU, with a RX 7900 XTX, which is recommended to be used with a 850w PSU. I hadn't had any power issues for over a year, so I still find it odd, that the crashes started happening out of the blue. I tried re-installing Windows, before changing PSU's, which prevented the drivers from getting busted when my PC would crash, and would actually cause my PC to restart on it's own, instead of just getting stuck on a black screen. So there probably also was something wrong with my Windows install.
In conclusion, if you're having symptoms that sound similar to mine, try changing the PSU, to one with the recommended wattage for your GPU. If you're still having odd issues, try re-installing Windows.
Issue:
This week, my PC started crashing in games. After running a game for about 3-20 minutes, in rare cases for over an hour, a split second of audio would start looping, and my screens would turn off, while my fans were spinning at what sounds like full speed. While playing everything seems normal. GPU temps are around 67-75 degrees celsius, and CPU temps are about the same. After the screens turn black, I have to manually turn off my pc, and power it up again. However these crashes results in my display driver getting ruined somehow, as only the display connected by Displayport works, the PC becomes slow, and AMD Adrenalin won't open. I have to use DDU and reinstall my drivers, before my PC will "work" again.
What I have tried:
-Installed newest display and chipset drivers from AMD.-Checked for loose or damaged connections inside of PC (haven't found anything wrong).-Event viewer showed a bunch of DCOM 1084 errors. To fix this I followed this video

(The steps included uninstalling display drivers in display manager and running sfc /scannow in command prompt, which did find corrupted files.) This did remove the errors, however my system would still crash, and the errors have come back.Specs:https://dk.pcpartpicker.com/list/LPkqwY
Additional notes:
-I think my Samsung 990 Pro, which I only installed about a month ago, seems to be broken. Sometimes I can't write, transfer or download files to the drive. However it works most of the time and always works after a reset.
-This issue first occurred while playing KCD2, which was installed on the Samsung drive. Because of this, I thought the game crashed because of the drive, so I tried uninstalling the game, and installed it on my C drive. But issue persisted on this drive, and other games.
-I move my pc to a different house, about every week, and I have fear the weekly 10 minute transit in my car may have caused this. I also fear this is what has broken my SSD, as it is not screwed (I'm dumb, I know. I just didn't have any M2 screws.)
-My PC has also started making this deep thumping noise every once in a while. It kinda sounds like a heart beat . I suspect its my harddrive?
-My PC also sometimes makes what I think is coil whine. Though this has been the case for at least a couple of months. I rarely notice it, and I think I've only heard it happen while in the Witcher 3 menus for some reason.
-Nothing is overcloked, only EXPO (if that is what it's called on AM4) is enabled.
-I have acces to a loaner PC, and intend to try switching my GPU and PSU. But I wanted to see if I could fix it without having to switch hardware.
I will be eternally greatful, for any help/advice, and please ask for more information if needed. Thank you.
