Constant black screen or I get asus logo that freezes

Hi I have black screen every time I switch on and taken out the battery of motherboard and still doing it anyone have any idea what I could do?

Took out battery to reset cmos or whatever it’s called and every time I turn on pc I get black screen , dunno what else to say about it really what info do u wanna know?

i have a different issue this time where i had to replace motherboard ram and cpu all fine but i decided for some reason to overclock my system from default and windows wouldnt load for some reason and now machine wont detect my gpu amd radeon rx 580 sapphire nitro try everything cmos and now ive ran out of ideas been told i could have fried the frimware but i have display (am on it now as we speak) any help would be much appreciated (been trying literally whole day to do it and now i massively regret doing it).
