Good morning all,

First ill start off with my specs I have a 4930K with the seidon 240, 16GB 4x4 Corsair Vebgence blue DDR1600, GA-X79-UP4, GTX780 asus, samsung 120gb SSD, ADATA 512GB SSD, PCI express SSD 120GB i forgot the exact brand i think its either OCZ or ASUS, with a new HX750 PSU.

Originally I had the fx8350 and when id run a game IE; titans fall, or 3D MARK my pc would reboot on me. so i got rid of teh FX8350 purchase this 4930K (something i wanted to do anyway)still got the reboots, so had to be my PSU right>? Purcahsed a brand new PSU i notice a def difference but now while running 3D Mark i get a bluescreen! i cant win! im also running windos 7 pro 64bit. i hope with this information you all can help me out. thank you.

Solution
So after further research i found out the BSOD was due to a USB 3.0 driver, deleted the driver looked more into it and also found out this is some type of security measure for not having an legitate copy of windows. so! i purchased windows 8.1 and now im good to go! thank you for your help.
When it blue screens I receive the messages
The windows driver framework has detected that a violation has occurred.

Stop: 0x00000010D
0x0000000000000006
0x0000000000000003
0x0000057FE7D634D8
0xxFFFFFA0017D275F0

so when i left the house this morning mamtest was going 6 hours and no errors found. but! i notice the memory timings and speed was incorrect in the sotfwear. i have DDR3 1600 corsair timings 9-9-9-24 but memtest shows it at 19-15-15-31 at 1550mhz (DDR3 3100)
I did not have time to check the ram settings in my BIOS yet... but could this be the reason for my crashes? thank you

and also while doing a little research on the error messages i found out that
0x0000000000000006
0x0000000000000003
translates too
The driver attempted to send a framework request that has already been sent to an I/O target.
does this mean i may have driver conflicts? If so how do i find out which drivers?

Memory test out good, check all drivers, ran all windows updates, everything is good. I had a OCZSSDPX-1RVD 0120 PCI express card removed it, and all the drivers. noticed windows boots up quicker once i did that.. 3D Mark made it all the way through the benchmark finally even at extreme settings then about 5 minutes later i got the same blue screen error. I even removed all of my USB devices, went into my bios to check my RAM settings they were all correct except it was set to 1333 switched on XMP now my ram reads 1600 but still receiving the same blue screen. HELP.
