Last thing I did on my laptop was uninstall nero 15 and upon restarting it crashes and I get the blue screen with "thread exception not handled." Startup repair etc leads to the same crash,

I am able to get the computer to startup into safe mode but upon restarting again the same cycle starts over.

Here is the dump file:

dmp file

I am at a complete loss at what to do next. Nothing in my "device manager" seems to be messed up.

Solution
We did, it looks like it maybe a hdd prob, because theres hardly anything on the hdd now. Besides Sony crap, its a Vaio

And the stop error he's getting is a 0x0000007e stop error which is only happening when it tries to boot into windows. According to Google this can mean a failing hdd. I couldnt see anything in it (used teamviewer) that would cause it

BUT its fine in safe mode. Thought the SATA drivers were the cause, so rolled back to the Sony SATA drivers. No change same stop error

He's going to refresh it to see if that fixes it. If it doesnt it maybe time to replace the hdd

One thing I did notice was win32k.sys wasnt in bluescreenview

But it was on the system. Which I thought was odd

Here is the latest dump file

and here is ccleaner:

Yes HKLM:RunOnce WinSat winsat dwm -xml results.xml

This entry looks suss, see where its running from. Nothing should be running from the temp folder. On startup. Delete this entry

Yes HKLM:RunOnce UnKIS Microsoft Corporation wscript.exe //b C:\Users\Robby\AppData\Local\Temp\UnKIS.vbs

I think youre infected with something. Then reboot then see if it crashes

Disable this entry

Yes HKLM:RunOnce WinSat winsat dwm -xml results.xml

Yeah same crash... I'm not sure what that entry is.. may be the intel driver package i used to install because it wasn't there when the problem first started (i looked at startup items when I first was able to get into safe mode).

ok let me get it setup
