[SOLVED] Constant blue screen of death errors.

It seems like after a few hours of logging onto my computer I get a lot of blue screen of death issue. I am unsure what is causing the issue but this mainly happens when I am playing a game or browsing the web. So far in 2019 I have had:
System Service Exception Win32.sys

Security Check Failure

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL dxgmms2.sys

Kernal Security check failure

I would like to know how do I fix these issues so they don't happen again? Here is my computer parts list:

uninstall gpu driver and get the latest one they could be corrupted .

Also, whenever I look up tutorials on how to fix some of the issues they always show that it might be a network adapter. I think that my Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller adapter might be out of date. However I don't know how to update it.
