Constant Blue Screens, Can't Boot PC

Fresh built PC
Fx 6300
gtx 760
4 GB of ram
MSI 760gm p34
Win 7 ultimate 64 bit

BSOD stop 0x00000050 (0xffffdfff8d48af93, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80002c47d05, 0x0000000000000007)

Also got a bsod saying pfn list is corrupt and one about a bad msconfig
I can't boot WIN 7 or fresh install it (when i enter the flash drive it also bsods with the same error)

Do you have Win7 on a disk?
