Constant BSOD on ASUS M2N-XE

Hello, I have a problem with my PC.
I constantly get BSOD/Crashes on my PC. I installed Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and even Ubuntu and I still got crashes.
I get crashes like "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" etc. and .sys files I get on the BSOD Screen are atikmpag.sys, nvstor.sys, some_lan_driver.sys and ntfs.sys
Also, should I get a new PC instead of fixing this one because first, I got it for free 5 years ago, second, it is an OEM PC and third, I had a lot of hardware errors with this PC (PSU, GPU, HDD)

Please help as fast as possible if you can because I have a contest that involves programming Arduino 3 Robots.

GPU - ATI Radeon HD 5770
CPU - AMD Phenom X3 8450
PSU - Some MS Industrial PSU
MOBO - M2N-XE By Asus
RAM - 3GB Kingston (1GB+2GB) DDR2

1| All the culprits to your BSODs are drivers related which leads me to ask if you've made sure your drivers are all up to date?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is also up to date?
3| Are you certain your installer isn't corrupt?

RAM - 3GB Kingston (1GB+2GB) DDR2

Never mix and match ram capacity's. If anything remove that one 1GB stick of ram and see if any progress is made.
6| Lastly, try and run memtest86 with each stick of ram on each slot for at least 10 passes and see if any errors come up.

1| My drivers were always up to date when reinstalling OSes
2| Yes, my BIOS is up to date
3| Nope, no corruption
4| It's actually a well known brand in Balkan and I have their mice, keyboards and even speakers. Though I changed it because my previous one blew up
5| I did it once and still bluescreens.
6| I will try to do that

P.S. This PC is an OEM PC and stock specs were this:
GPU - ASUS Radeon E4850 (Basically ATI Radeon HD 4850)
CPU - Same
PSU - Idk what PSU
MOBO - Same
RAM - Same

65k+ Bloody errors on memtest86!

You mentioned that your previous PSU blew up...what was the make and model? The same unit you have right now? An aftermath of the PSU blow out can be that it damaged the motherboard and your ram too which is why you've found the 65k+ errors off memtest86. Speaking of memtest86, did you run the test per slot per stick for at least 10 passes?

Curious to also know, did the BSOD's come up after the PSU blowing up issue? Might want to see if a stick of DDR2 ram borrowed from your friend works on your system without issues.

As of I remember, waaay back in 2013 I had some problems with Windows 8.1 and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, but it was easily fixed by installing GPU Drivers (Because back in the day you had to do some weird stuff with the Radeon HD 4850 drivers to make them work on Windows 8.1)

I take it that you didn't recreate your bootable installer discs/usb's to rule out a corrupt installer? Speaking of installers, what version of catalyst are you on and which OS are you on currently?

Currently on Windows 7 and I always download drivers from the interwebs. It is always the newest version of catalyst also.
I kinda have a feeling to give up and get a new PC since this one is like 10 years old and is not worth fixing it
