Constant BSOD on Windows 10, Can't Even Login

My PC started to get a couple of blue screens last week while I was using it, I didn't think much of it and didn't use my PC for a whole week, until last night. The blue screens occurred a lot more often and when I was about to head to bed, it wouldn't let me log in. It was in a reboot loop and I'm not sure what to do. I've gotten the automatic repair menu but everytime I try to do something like system restore, it would blue screen. I've also tried resetting the PC but it says 'There was a problem resetting your PC.' Currently, I'm downloading Windows 10 on USB drive and also removing a RAM stick and trying one RAM stick in each slot.

Most of the error messages I get are:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
and some others that I can't think of.

Solution
what are specs of the PC?

half of those look like driver errors, though could be ram. Try running memtest86 on each stick of ram and see if you get any errors. Only error count you want is 0, any higher is likely cause of bsod. It creates a bootable USB so no need for windows. Run 8 passes.

Memory isn't just ram, windows also counts the hard drive (page file) so it might be cause of that MEMORY MANAGEMENT error as well.
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE could have something to do with why it won't reboot.

Solution
My Windows 10 Pro has a Troubleshooting category for Blue Screens---

Give it shot.
It MIGHT help.

So I've fixed it now by reinstalling Windows from a USB drive but I had to take out one RAM stick. My computer is now running fine with one RAM stick but the moment I install my second RAM stick it causes a blue screen, could this mean that I have a faulty RAM stick?
