Hello everyone,

Recently i built a new pc and everything is working perfectly fine until i noticed every time i would start turn on my pc and launch a game i would get BSoD then i have to reboot the pc and it works good. The most common error is "irql not less or equal", I personally have no idea what could be causing this and from my searches on google it seems there is like 100000000000000000 potential issues. Besides this issue the computer works fine, so i'm completely puzzled.. I'm assuming since it works fine there isn't a hardware issue but i'll list my hardware anyways;

3600x (4.25ghz game clock enabled)
MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
16GB T-Force Vulkan 3200mhz ( xmp on)
power color 5700xt
1TB NVME (boot/games)
1TB SSD (mass storage)
1TB HDD (mass storage)
RMX 650w full mod

I've downloaded all recent windows 10 updates and my GPU drivers are also up to date. I'm using the Radeon software to keep those up to date.

I've also looked at my component performance and nothing caps out before the BSoD.

Any ideas?

I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pledgeableraccoondog.htmlpasta.com/

If it works fine after a restart, it could indicate its a driver error. It might be an old driver that wasn't written to work with win 10 new power modes. You could try turning off fast startup as it might remove need for restart. Its just a cure, not a solution. We can look for actual cause below - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

since you have ssd as boot device, fast startup won't be giving you much of a difference. its more useful on hdd as it is noticeably faster. SSD/NVME fast enough now.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

Any extra cards or old gear not mentioned in above list? Wifi card?

When i try to upload it i get a message saying my access is denied.I don't have any extra cards, only thing reused from my old pc is my steam game SSD and my old mass storage ssd.

No previous drivers or anything were put on those drives it was just strictly storage

There is a BIOS update available for your system. You are using version 3.2 and the latest is version 3.5. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Thanks for the info, i'll wait to see if others reply before updating my bios.

I can confirm that all the games i try running after a boot up do run battle eye so that would make sense.

Bedaisy was indeed reason for crash. I don't see it crash things very often

Update NIC drivers - https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...0-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

Or run LIve update 6 on your motherboard and see if it finds anything else new. Its listed on the utilities tab here - https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX#down-utility

What is LGS running? Logitech may have replaced it with G Hub - https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/g-hub.html - if you get it, you need to uninstall LGS manually as it doesn't do it as part of install (unless I missed a button).
