Question constant bsod while trying to update drivers

hey guys i just finished my custom build today (ryzen 5 3600 , rx 6600 xt ) but i am facing many problems
.windows not recognizing the gpu and labeling it as a microsoft basic video adapter
.while trying to update gpu drivers it either fails or never recognizes the card or crashes (sometimes giving me a bsod )
.windows updater telling there is an error in all the updates its trying to download

i find this weird because i get display from the card itself but the os fails to recognize while giving me constant crashes and bsod’s

any help guys would be appreciated

install chipset driver? all the windows update?

hey , even with struggle i managed to get the latest chipset driver an msi b550-m a pro in safe mode i am running windows 10 and yes all the windows update seem to fail .

specs
CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
MOBO: MSI vB550M-a pro
GPU : ASUS DUAL RX 6600 XT OC edition
PSU : Corsair CV-650 Watts
SSD : NVME M.2 MSI Spatuim 500gb
RAM : 16 gb (8x2) Corsair vengeance LPX DDR4 3200mhz

did you use the latest windows 10 installation media from MS to install to this?
