Solution
Here's what I'm thinking... you have a strange ram configuration, I'll suggest running MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/ overnight, see if any errors reported
One other think SPECCY doesn't tell is the make and model of your power supply, that may be helpful here, you'll need to remove the side panel, with any luck, you'll be able to read the label of the PSU (while you've got it open, please confirm for me you have 4 ram modules since there is a possibility you have 3)

Do you have a recommended way of finding these specs all in one?

EDIT: I think i got it, its should be somewhere in this report

The best way to get your system info would be to use SPECCY http://www.piriform.com/speccy which will tell you all in a very concise manner (just the hardware - reading through all the instruction sets is giving me a headache).
Here's what I've been able to glean so far
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme4
CPU: AMD FX8150
Ram:8GB unknown frequency/timings memory
Keyboard:Razer Black Widow
Mouse:Razer Death Adder
Graphics: 2 Radeon HD6670's in X-Fire (not so sure about X-fire - one or two cards here?)

I might have something but I'm running out of time for now... I'll be back
I would still like to see what Speccy tells us

Platter drive unfortunately, I was sorta looking for the same thing earlier
edit: I did notice however that the HDD is running in IDE mode rather than AHCI, I'm wondering if stability could be affected... Hmmm, I'm thinking not likely but something to leave on the back burner
