Hello, so a few months ago my R9 280x stopped functioning for whatever reason after a year of use, so I went out to buy a new one. I installed it, and everything seemed the same until I've begun experiencing multiple BSOD's every week. This has never occurred before I switched my gpu. Here's my specs and the crash dump details. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

on windows 7 if sfc.exe /scannow fails to repair your files, you have to look at the log file and figure out why it did not repair the files. It means both the primary and hidden backup copies of the files have been modified. (common with malware problems, and hacked versions of the OS) In this case you have to do a repair using the windows 7 CD.

windows 8 has
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
to get a clean copy from a known good source on the internet.
your bugcheck codes have suberrors of 0xFFFFFFFFC0000005
or 0xC0000005. This tends to indicated memory corruption.

The memory corruption can be caused by hardware (bad BIOS memory settings), overclocking in BIOS or by overclocking software, bad drivers, and sometimes malware hacking your system.

I would start with updating your BIOS then run memtest86 to confirm your hardware works as expected.
(you can also reset your BIOS to defaults if it is already current)

if memtest86 works as expected, then boot windows, remove any overclocking driver and run cmd.exe as an admin then run
sfc.exe /scannow
to check for corrupted windows core files.

if you find corruption confirm it was repaired, then look for the cause of the corruption. IE run malwarebytes scan.

if you can not find a cause then look to old device drivers as a potential cause: update drivers for from your motherboard vendors website. focus on updating the ethernet driver. if you use a USB ethernet device, update the USB drivers for your motherboard and the CPU chipset drivers for your motherboard as well as the driver for the USB device itself.

some of the bugchecks were in a security filter driver (reason to update the ethernet driver)
these problems can only be debugged using a kernel memory dump rather than a mini dump.
so if all else fails, change your memory dump type to kernel, then start cmd.exe as an admin and run
verifier.exe /standard /all
and reboot your machine and wait for the next memory dump. it will be in c:\windows\memory.dmp and will be much larger than the minidumps. Then try whocrashed.exe or bluescreenviewer.exe and see if it names the driver that caused the problem. Otherwise you should put your memory dumps on a server and post a link so someone could look at them with a windows debugger to see what the likely cause of the failure is.

So I've ran the memtest, and passed it with no errors. I haven't done the bios updates yet, because I'm a bit confused. There's over 5 new updates, so do I just flash the latest one, or all of them?

you should get the latest one. no need to flash them in order (unless it is in the instructions, like for some solid state drive firmware updates)
