Constant BSODs while using my computer (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

For the past month now, I have been getting constant BSODs ranging from DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, etc. That happen incredibly randomly. There is no specific task that triggers it, it seems to just randomly crash on me.

I have been going through what seems like hundreds of different forum posts from people with the same issues but I have not had any luck in solving my specific BSOD issues. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but I have done most all of the suggestions given by people and none of it has led me to a solution. I checked for corrupt or missing files (had none), ran a memory test to check for faulty memory (everything was good there, too), updated all old drivers, and even tried using driver verifier, which just left me with the infamous DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION BSOD boot loop.

I do have my 3 most recent mini dumps for review here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/35vobx0tkpectkg/dumps.zip?dl=0

I'm not sure how to paste the lines here to make it easier to read through (apologies).

I was also told to post the MSinfo here for review as well so here it is: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u51g6yrv9tp6449/msinfo.nfo?dl=0

My basic PC specs are: (Nothing is overclocked)
- i7-4790K
- MSI Z97A SLI KRAIT Motherboard
- Gigabyte Gaming OC GTX 1080Ti
- 32GB (4x8) HyperX.Fury 1866 Memory
- Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
- WD Black 1TB HDD

Hopefully this is enough to maybe narrow down what could be the issue. If anyone needs more information please let me know.

Thank you in advance for any help.

you dump files, are returning particularly odd message

you have 2 copies of a very old overclocking program. It does not know about the low voltage CPU that you have and is likely setting too high of voltages to your cpu. The second copy then just messes up the settings of the first copy. remove them both and retest for failure.

I would assume that the verifier did not like the old iobit password driver or the winring driver.

First off, thank you for the quick response and figuring out the potential issue.

I have tried to delete the folders you mentioned but it keeps telling me that the contents are open in another program, so it won't let me delete either of them. I looked through my processes and cant seem to figure out what it could be open in.

This is probobly highly irregular, but I actually printscreened all of my running processes so that maybe you could skim over them and maybe identify where else it could be open in? I would appreciate it.

Here are the screenshots: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9y6kncg8opxmn13/processes.zip?dl=0

Thank you again

drivers will not show up in the process list.
you should be able boot into safe mode and just delete the drivers since they will not be loaded.

everything points to Windows issue

try Incorrectly configured, old, or corrupted Windows 10 Operating System device drivers. (very common)
Corruption in Windows registry from a recent dxgmms2.sys-related software change (install or uninstall).

run ccleaner or auslogics registry cleaner and scan/fix issues and reboot.

Alright, I ended up booting into safe mode and just deleted the entire MSI folder that contained all of those drivers since I don't even use those programs anways. Something else that I should mention that I forgot to before: I am using an outdated GPU driver, I believe it is Nvidia's 378.94 (I can't check at the moment since I'm at work). This driver seems to be the only one that I can use that won't give me some GPU related BSOD (nvlddmkm.sys or the like). Wondering if that would be an entirely different problem or what?

Thank you for your response. I will run those programs when I get home from work and see if it comes up with anything and I will let you know.
