Question Constant BSOD's

So recently I've ran into a problem with BSOD's where my PC either BSOD's or just crashes altogether.
Error Codes that have occurred:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
and others I don't know.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
GPU: Zotac Gaming NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super 8gb (Installed 2 weeks ago)
MoBo: Asus B350m-a
PSU: EVGA 450BT (450w)
Storage: WD Blue 1tb HDD, WD Blue 1tb SSD

I believe it may be due to power consumption, but I'm not sure because this didnt' happen until now(and I installed my GPU 2 weeks ago). I'm really stumped.

I've already tried updating drivers and reinstalling drivers, and Event Viewer hasn't been very helpful( but I don't know what I'm looking for).

May also be a GPU issue.

Do you have an OC on your RAM?

I don't have my ram OC'd. I put down the voltage usage and cpu usage and I haven't blue screened(yet). I believe the power supply is not able to support both the CPU and GPU.
