This is a completely clean windows install. I have only updated installed steam and the game Old World I was having issues with.

I can play for maybe 15 minutes before it crashes due to

0xc0000409 - The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application.

Ran the SFC and DSIM Scans no issues

Have you tried resetting Windows or performing another clean install and updating all drivers? If I believe correctly this seems to be an OS issue. Is this a new PC? Is the current clean install a product of you trying to troubleshoot the issue?

Yes I did the clean install to try and correct the issue. I have only had to issue playing old world and hearthstone. I have played stelllaris for long seasons with zero issues as well as other games. Left some games running for 10+ hours zero crashes.

a entry in a timer tree was corrupted so windows called a bugcheck.
you would need to change the memory dump type to kernel memory dump
then provide the file c:\windows\memory.dmp
this file will contain the info that lets the debugger dump the timer tree and see what thread owns the timer.
note: both of these drivers are unexpected to be installed:
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\LPCFilter.sys Tue Jul 10 17:38:20 2012
(not sure what it is)
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\FlashBoot.sys Wed Aug 14 05:48:29 2013
(some backup driver?)

i would remove both of these divers unless you really have to have them.
