Question Constant crashing since bios update (MSI MEG Z390 ACE)

Recently upgraded my BIOS, and since then my windows10 installation has very frequent crashes (lockup or just reboots). Same system has been rock solid for over 1 year now, so 100% sure it's the bios update. Problem is, I cannot seem to find specific things in the event viewer which explains the lockups so kinda at a loss here. Any tips how to narrow this down? Nothing is OC'd.

Win10 reports critical error (kernelpower), about 2 times today (10.26am, 16.00pm)
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
