I'm sorry to jump on here again so soon but after I had issues with my fans I checked over things finding out it was more than my fans. I found some task manager program (not sure what it was called) that showed me over the last 2 weeks I've had like 8 to 10 crashes each day averaged out. So this program told me most of my errors were coming from corrupted system files? Dll or something. Look I've honestly tried everything I know and or googled how to do, but I'm starting to lose my mind. I've changed files I've tried a lot ended up wiping computer and fresh re installing windows as i couldn't even to a repair or a reset and reinstall windows as my files were corrupt? So after a fresh install of windows it's worse? Ha now everytome I go to do nearly anything it comes up with a like memory error and 'x'dll. Domgt. Dll and some like that coming up while saying not designed for something or other. I got no idea what to do now. Please help me

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Where did you source the installer for your OS? Did you install the OS in an offline mode?
