i'm using google chrome, but happens with any other browser this:

on every site at anytime, but basically happens more with websites i don't use often. Please help, it's very annoying i have to reload pages 2, 3 or more times for actually load any page.
It happens also suddenly when someone is trying to send me a pic via fb (or other chat page), the picture just won't load and will get that that silly blue-gren icon of "img".
I've tried reinstalled chrome, and flushed dns after looking for a solution, but didn't solve the problem.
This does not happen on my other laptop.

Well, I had the same problem months ago and I fixed it somehow from one of these:

Open command prompt as administrator and type the following:

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/all

netsh winsock reset

Restart your PC after that

try updating your network drivers, i had something like this last year and it was my drivers at fault.

you can try: http://www.howtogeek.com/197804/how-to-clear-the-google-chrome-dns-cache-on-windows/

try step 2 since you already done step 1: https://www.wiknix.com/how-to-fix-dns-probe-finished-no-internet-in-chrome/
