Hi

Something has happend to my PC all of a sudden. games has started to lagg and shutter for some odd reason. I can watch 1080P HD movies alongsidep laying WOW on highest settings without a problem. But if i for example start CS:GO, or Heroes of the Storm from Blizzand and ju in a way that makes the game unplayable wich has not happend erlier. It's not freeze lag but it slows down for a second, then works fine, slows down so that i cant play it at all. I updated to the latest catalyst drivers. When i runt the game the CPU & RAM are around 50% and the GPU is on about 15-20% usage/Activity in catalyst. All my games are installed on SSD drivers wich my Windows 7 also is. I cant se any errors in the event viewer so i am left wonder what has happend, why has all my games all of a sudden started to shutter / lagg as they have not done that erlier ?

the graficscard i use is a Radeon HD 7850. I took it out and tried using a radeon R9 270X that was in my GF's PC but the same thing happens, anyone know what this is or what i can do?

i just did this when i found a topic about it... the CPU temp is 70 degress C: and the GPU is around 50 all the time, i guess it's a CPU issue ?

is there a quick fix or just buy a new CPU fan / Artic cooling paste ?

Check your power settings in the control panel so they are not set to "Power saver". If it set to balanced try "High Performance" and see if it helps.

Other things it could be, you are running out of vram, you can check this with MSI afterburner.

Its getting too hot you can use gpu-z to check the temps.

PSU might getting old and can't deliver enough power to the card.

With GPU-Z you can monitor the card while playing and see what might be causing the dips.
