Question Constant frame drops in fortnite

Hi I am getting constant frame drops in fortnite even in the lobby screen, im assuming its my cpu thats the issue since i moved from integrated graphics to a discrete gpu and i still get frame drops any help would be appreciated. I barely get any noticeable frame drops in valorant and apex legends - they run relatively smoothly except for the occasional drop. I recently reinstalled windows on to my other ssd and that didnt work. I have a sneaking suspicion its my cpu or ram but i have no idea how to understand the values on msi afterburner.

ryzen 3 2200g (stock cooler)
asus a320m-k
g-skill 8gb (2x4gb) 3200mhz but running at default 2133Mhz
palit gtx 1650
COOLER MASTER MWE 450W psu
240gb ssd
120gb ssd

test with more ram? 2x8GB?
how full is the ssd?

sadly dont have another ram kit on hand, how do i test for if ram is the issue
ssd has 39.7gb free of 222gb
