constant hanging of laptop

Hey, I have a dell Latitude E6330 laptop which is frustrating me due to constant hanging about 5 times a day. I ran a malware scan, deleted the detected threats and restarted the laptop. Despite all this being done, the laptop still hangs at least twice a day. Any one with a permanent solution to this, waiting for your positive response

Have you tried a chkdsk scan on your hard drive? Looked in Windows Control Panel\System and Security\Security and Maintenance for any reported issues? Tried a Windows recovery tool, either from USB or from Settings/Update & recovery?
