ever since i upgraded to windows 10 i've been getting annoying hiccups in every game i've played. it's like the game freezes for a split second (curser and graphics freeze and the audio glitches), then continues on as usual. i'll be playing for a while with no issues, then this will start happening consistently for a few minutes, then the cycle repeats.
all new drivers have been clean installed, i've tried reinstalling games and i even replaced the motherboard but nothing has fixed the problem. some help would be greatly appreciated.
