Constant Internet Disconnects

My internet has been disconnecting about every ten minutes and then reconnecting after about a minute. I have a Docsis 3.0 modem and a newer model router. I do not use WiFi, I have in wall internet and I have a premium high speed internet package from from my ISP. I have tried restarting the modem and it does not help.

Sometimes it's your router has the problem and you have to change it. maybe you can return that and have a better one.
