I've build my friend a new PC (HDD, SSD and PSU are around a year old, everything else is new)
And he keeps getting crashes when playing CS:GO or GTA 5 (2 of 3 games he is currently playing, LOL is the third one)
The whole system freezes and then after a second or two shuts down and resets
We reinstalled the Windows but unfortunately it didn't help

His components are:

New:

-ASUS PRIME B450M-K)

-KINGSTON DIMM DDR4 8GB 2666MHZ HX426C16FB38

-Ryzen 5 1600

-ASRock PHANTOM GAMING D RADEON RX580 8GB OC

-THERMALTAKE Versa J21

Old:

-Samsung HD502HJ 500gb

-Samsung SSD 750 EVO 250gb

-LC Power LC600h-12

Solution
Power supply is for an office PC.
LC600H-12 V2.31: LC Power

It is listed as having two +12v 20 amp rails. Combined this could be less than 440 watts. It looks weak on +12v and strong on +5v and 3.3v rails. That's a sign of of low-end PSU.

The RADEON RX580 is listed as requiring 500 watts.
