Constant PC Restarting Windows 8

For about two weeks now I have been having problems with my new pc (7 months since purchase) It is a custom build
Specs:
AMD FX-8320 8 Core Processor 3.50GHz
24 GB Ram
2TB HDD
GeForce GTX 650 1GB
ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0

Now to the problem,
I have been suffering PC restarts for about 2 weeks now sometimes just a normal restart and other times its had something similar to a BSOD, with something like
Your Pc Ran into a problem and needs to restart we're just collecting some error info
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Now Im not the best with Computers but i did know it was a BSOD, so there would be a minidump, and I Installed BlueScreenView to check the minidump

This is typical of a driver issue/conflict. What drivers did you update just prior to this happening? Same question for any applications, new hardware, etc.

Just my graphics card drivers

Start Win 8 in Safe Mode (see link for help):

Uninstall your video drivers then restart the system. Try re-installing the drivers when the system boots back normally.

If this fails to resolve the problem, let us know and we can take further troubleshooting steps.

I have done every step except re-installing my drivers and my pc has not restarted for 3 hours doing the same things it restarted during, i think its fixed for now

And as always with my luck, it just restarted, i haven't reinstalled the drivers

Are you trying to overclock anything (CPU, GPU, or memory)?

No, but i also had suspiscions about it being my CPU aswell

I have actually found its only while playing minecraft, any other games (GTA IV,ARMA II,Half Life 2 and Mirrors Edge) run perfectly fine for hours on end.

And it has gone from just restarting to freezing, sometimes a normal freeze, and others it creates a really high pitch buzz sound when frozen.

I also forgot to add the caps lock light flashes on both freezes
