Constant program closure

Whenever I play a game or just have a program open it randomly closes and says it has stopped working, lately its been worse... and i noticed a lot of my windows bleed through other programs when i open them what could be wrong?

Look through your windows error reports.
It will give you an idea of what is causing the problem.
