Not too long ago I replaced my motherboard with a B450 Tomahawk, got a Ryzen 5 3600, and 2 Kingston HyperX DDR4 CL16 3200Mhz 8GB RAM sticks. Ever since I swapped the parts, I've been getting constant BSODs (Usually BAD_POOL_CALLER errors or MEMORY_MANAGEMENT errors) and crashes. The RAM automatically sets itself to 2133Mhz and any other setting (including XMP) just makes the PC crash after a bit. 2133Mhz doesn't seem too stable either as my browsers and games have been crashing recently because of it. I tried to repair my SSD, ran multiple Memory tests (including ones from Windows) and nothing seems to help. Anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

recovery is not a fresh os install.

here
Hey I've just completed the fresh OS install and I'm still getting the same problem. Using XMP Profiles/ putting the RAM frequency above the default 2133Mhz causes BSODs (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT errors and such).
