My friend is having problems with Windows 8.
Whenever he presses the buttons 4 and 5 it constantly refreshes browsers and other programs. It also causes his desktop shortcuts to disappear until he presses a different button. In CS:GO it causes Steam to take constant screenshots resulting in major fps drops. If anyone knows the possible problem or fix please say. I will try and get a recording of this as soon as possible.
