Constant screen tearing only on the monitor when 2 displays plugged in

My monitor's screen constantly tearing, however this is only when I have another display plugged in. My monitor is 60Hz Refresh rate and is plaugged in through DVI. When I duplicate the screen on my TV through HDMI, my monitors' screen constantly tears, but it doesn't on my TV. It's not a major inconvenience, but one I would like solved. Thank you!

Is your v-sync turned on or off?

Also, putting the game on windowed fullscreen mode fixes this problem too.

V-sync is on constant
