Constant short high beeps

I'm just starting my PC gamming and got all parts computable and after built it when on boot up it just is high short beeps constant and now screen
cpu amd Sempron 3850
Motherboard Gigabyte ga-am1m-s2h
Power supply 650 watt green
Ram 4 gb Samsung

The Sempron/AM1 platform isn't meant for gaming...or at least gaming only off Facebook. That being said, your motherboard is based off of AMI's BIOS. You can narrow your search by going through this list.
