Question Constant static when audio devices are connected to front or rear audio jack

My motherboard is a B450 pro4-f and any audio device connected to the motherboard, what so ever, results in a constant static that only goes away when "High definition audio device" is disabled.

The static only starts after the bios splash screen when the windows logo appears. Please help.
