Question Constant stuttering in Alan Wake 2 with a 6700 XT ?

I understand Alan Wake 2 is a heavy game, but I don't see a lot of other posts experiencing the same issues as me.

In this clip you can see the game stutters as soon as I start moving the camera and has constant sub 30fps 1% and .01% lows. This is the game running at low settings in 1080p ultra performance fsr. No matter what I change the game will always stutter due to this. Not sure why this is happening. I can actually run the game at a stable 30fps on medium settings 1440p, but I'd really like to have a stutter free 60fps experience. My GPU and chipset drivers are up to date.

Download and install Display Driver Uninstaller.

Reboot computer into Safe Mode.

Run DDU and uninstall video driver.

Reboot back into Normal Mode.

Install latest video card driver, and reboot computer if required.

See how the game goes.
