Question Constant stuttering in games, pls help!

After installing a new video card, a GTX 750, I'm getting a lot of stuttering in games, especially Mafia 3 and Watch Dogs. Temps are reading normal and I have the latest nVidia drivers. What can I do?

My specs:

CPU: i5 3570K
RAM: 6GB DDR3
MB: Bluecase BMBH61-S
GPU: GTX 750 1GB
PSU: Hoopson 500W

But I used to play both games on this same gpu and I never got any stutteting. It must be something else.
