Question Constant Stuttering in games

I7 2600
8GB RAM

So... I understand I don't have the best system and will probs need to be upgraded but that's a question for a different day.
When it comes down to it I play games such as DayZ, Arma 3, Rust and these are some what high end needing pc's. I would get decent FPS but I'd get stuttering.
In DayZ I'd go from 100 fps to 10 or freeze shortly and it would completely ruin everything for me.

I'm not looking to upgrade CPU or GPU just looking for recommendation on what could be the problem and if a RAM or SSD upgrade is needed or both. Thanks

An SSD will definitely speed things up with windows, it will make a massive difference to your system overall. Try turning your graphics settings down to lowest and see if that reduces the stuttering.
